Export Service & Complete Processing

• Put together your desired new vehicle using our configurator and you will receive a non-binding offer by email after you have provided us with your data.
• If you decide to purchase the vehicle, all you need to do is sign the purchase contract enclosed with the offer and send us a legible copy of your identity card.
• After we have received your offer, we will forward it to our representatives abroad and in about 3-5 working days you will receive the order confirmation by email.
• This means that the vehicle is already ordered and you will be asked approx. 1-2 weeks before delivery of your new car whether you would like to collect the car from us in Wielenbach or have it delivered to your front door at cost price.
• When you collect the vehicle from us in Wielenbach, you have the option of paying cash or transferring the money in advance. A certified cheque is also accepted. For further questions, please refer to our frequently asked questions.
• If you are looking for a low-cost accommodation option, we will be happy to help you!
• For delivery to your door, we offer you our "0-risk delivery". This means that we place your ordered car in front of your door, you look at it and only transfer the money afterwards. As soon as we have the money in our account, we will send you the documents and you can register your car. If you transfer the money beforehand, the vehicle will of course arrive with the documents.
